How will my bathtub be delivered to me?

For standard orders, delivery is included in the price listed on our website (see General Terms and Conditions of Sale for more details). If you live in Metropolitan France, your order will be delivered promptly to the address of your choice. How promptly? We ship within 24 hours of payment. 

How do I install my 160cm bathtub?

We’ll provide you with assembly instructions to help you install your bathtub. That said, we recommend that you hire a professional to handle installation. A specialist will have the necessary skills and tools to properly install your equipment.

However, if you prefer to install it yourself, you should start by preparing the installation site. Next, install your bathtub and level it by adjusting the feet. Note: the tub should be sitting on its feet, not on its apron. Once you have levelled your tub, you can install and connect the drain. Be sure to verify that all connections are watertight. Next, fill your tub with water to check for leaks. Lastly, apply silicone sealant along the seam between the tub and the floor. Give the sealant 24 hours to dry, then enjoy your first bath.
