GUARANTEE
SPALINA products are guaranteed for 2 years from the date of purchase.
The warranty covers failures of malfunctions of the device in the context of use in accordance with the intended purpose of the product and the information in the user manual.
To be covered under the warranty, proof of purchase is required (receipt or invoice) and the product must be complete with all its accessories.
The warranty clause does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, lack of maintenance, negligence, faulty assembly, or improper use (shocks, failure to comply with current electrical standards, storage, conditions of use, etc.)
Also excluded from the warranty are harmful consequences due to the use of non-original accessories or spare parts, disassembly or modification of the device.
Finally, we draw your attention to the following in the context of a delivery to your home:
It is imperative to carefully check your goods and, if there are any transport shocks, to note this on the delivery slip . Without this, we will not be able to replace your product.
